Client Success Executive – French Speaking
Bourne End

Salary – Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client based in Bourne End are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Client Success Executive who has experience is a client success or account manager role. This person will join the Client Support team and ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients whilst maintaining a positive relationship with current clients. This is a varied role which requires excellent attention to detail. This person will report to the Client Success Manager

Key responsibilities:

* Maintaining regular communications to advise best practices, successes and business results

* Understanding client business goals and key performance indicators

* Accomplishing each client’s business needs whilst seeking opportunities to strengthen relationships and help their businesses

* Resolving system issues and providing solutions to client questions

* Working with the sales team

* Managing a book of clients whilst maximising their ROI

* Supporting with client onboarding, retention and adoption

Skills:

* Fluent in French

* B2B Experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Experience of Salesforce/customer success software
