Due to continuing levels of business growth this smashing company are now looking to appoint a full time Admin person to assist the busy Operations division.
You will form part of a close and tight knit team who work well together. You will be a person who enjoys variety in their working role and understands the importance of exceptional customer care!
Duties
* Order processing and raising/printing appropriate paper work
* Performing customer credit checks
* Renewing works contracts
* Updating daily stock movements and updating spreadsheets
* Raising and forwarding customer invoices and statements
* Ensuring all filing is up to date
* Answer and manage all incoming phone calls
* Managing post and visits to the post office
* Preparation of product samples for future sales
* Booking courier services
* Assisting the Warehouse Manager with stock takes as well as assisting with the re pack of some stock items
This is a smashing company where everyone works together to achieve results.
You will be based in the office which has full Covid measures in place.
Due to the location of the company you will need to be a car driver or live close to Bourne End.
