FSG Property Services Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic multi trade operative to join a well-respected company on a permanent basis. You would be carrying out multitude of work on social housing framework, working across multiple disciplines. The work will not include electrical work, but will be very hands on so ideal for an multi traders happy to get their hands dirty.

You must possess a trade qualification ideally for the below requirements and hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel around the home counties Multi trade experience is essential, preferably in social housing.

You will be working in occupied or void properties, carrying out day to day repairs & refurbishments

Essential requirements:

* Main trade either to be in carpentry/Joinery and basic Plumbing skills

* You must be able to carry out the above and Basic Plumbing, tiling patch repairs, locks, painting. Floor laying, Flat Lay/Polysafe and UPVC is beneficial.

* Time-served or qualified

* UK clean driving licence and no criminal record.

* Social housing and reactive maintenance experience are preferred.
