Salary

Support Worker £19000 plus over time depening on qualifications and experience

Senior Support Worker £22000 must have NVQ3 CYP

37.5 -40 hour a week contract, working Early Shift Day Shift and Waking Night Shift on a rota basis.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individuals to join us as a Support Worker or as a Senior Support Worker at our Residential Children’s Care Home in Bletchley near Milton Keynes.Supporting children and young people with LD and complex needs.

Professional Qualifications Required for Support Worker/ Senior Support Worker

Desired-Level 3 NVQ in children’s workforce or be willing to work towards this. If you do not hold this qualification, the company will sponsor you to achieve this qualification.

Senior NVQ3 CYP Essential

Experience in a similar role LD 8-18yrs

Full knowledge of policies procedures and safeguarding.

Over 23yrs old
