Support Worker and Team Leader required for a Residential Children's Care Home in Bletchley Milton Keynes

Salary

Support Worker £19000-£22000 plus over time depending on qualifications and experience

Senior Support Worker £23000 -£26000 plus overtime depending on qualifications and experience.

37.5 -40 hour a week contract, working Early Shift (Apply online only) Day Shift (Apply online only) and Waking Night Shift (Apply online only) on a rota basis.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individuals to join us as a Support Worker or as a Senior Support Worker at our Residential Children’s Care Home in Bletchley near Milton Keynes. Supporting children and young people with LD and complex needs.

Professional Qualifications Required for

Support Worker Desired-Level 3 NVQ in children’s workforce or be willing to work towards this. If you do not hold this qualification, the company will sponsor you to achieve this qualification.

Experience working in a similar role.

Senior Support Worker NVQ3 CYP Essential

Experience in a similar role LD 8-18yrs

Full knowledge of policies procedures and safeguarding.

Over 23yrs old
