RSC are looking for Supervising Social Worker to start as soon as possible. The role will require you to have experience of working with children and families. The successful candidate must have:

* Knowledge and understanding of the statutory and procedural framework of child-care.

* Knowledge and understanding of the implications of the above framework for child care practice and the implications for the foster care setting.

* Ability to work creatively, flexibly and independently.

* Ability to present verbal and written information clearly and concisely.

* Ability to make assessments that are thorough and analytical.
