You might have a retail back ground or customer services and sales, what's more important than previous experience is your drive, how well you communicate and present yourself and your willingness to learn. The day to day responsibilities of this position include

Speaking with the potential customers who are seeking property to let and gaining information about them and their property requirements
Matching customers to suitable property lets
Conducting viewings with customers, showing them around available properties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Personable. Enjoys speaking with people and building rapport
A good telephone manner
Can use a computer and has basic IT skills.
