Our Client is looking for a Superstar Team Leader to join their fast paced and dynamic team in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This person will have 2 years minimum experience and shine in this role and make it their own.
Your working hours will be 6.00 am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
To qualify for this role you will need to possess the following skills:-
* Coaching and mentoring a team.
* Demonstrate KPI`s.
* Operating daily tasks.
* Experience working on projects.
* Providing Continuous improvement.
* Encourage and motivate a team.
* Honour appreciation when required.
