A-Rec Education are working with an Ofsted rated "Good", Primary school, situated in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, who require a Teaching Assistant to join their lower Key Stage 2 class.

The school require an experienced Teaching Assistant for additional classroom support within their Year 3 and Year 4 classes who is flexible, reliable and experienced in working with ASC children.

The requirements:

As the successful LSA or Teaching Assistant you will need to;

* Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within the classroom as a Teaching Assistant

* Be engaging and flexible if needed

* Able to deal with challenging behaviour

* Have a patient, creative approach

* Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
