Dunbar Education is currently looking for an experienced Pastoral Teaching Assistant to support a Secondary school based near Bletchley.

As a Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for the emotional welfare of pupils across all year groups. You will be working closely with pupils with an EHCP as well as LAC. Pupils. As the successful Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will be helping pupils improve their confidence, social skills, decrease levels of unauthorised absence, raise attainment and improve behaviour. The Pastoral Teaching Assistant can be either on a 1:1 basis, within a specialist provision, or in small groups.

It is essential to have strong behavior management, experience supporting vulnerable pupils, up to date knowledge on the UK primary curriculum, confident in building rapport and ideally a Teaching Assistant qualification.
