Credit Controller

Credit Controller – what you will be doing?

* Make contact with customers via various channels

* Resolve customer queries and work with customers to reduce debt

* Manage billing and payment reviews

* Work alongside other business areas and identify business improvement opportunities

* Mitigate credit risk and take escalation action when needed

Credit Controller – what experience do you need?

* Experience of B2B debt collection techniques

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Customer focused experience

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Any experience in a Utilities environment would be beneficial (Heating, Gas, Electricity, Broadband etc)

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000
