Registered Care Manager required to join a leading provider of luxury retirement living at one of their stunning retirement villages located just outside Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire.
As the registered manager with CQC you will lead and develop their home care provision both within the village setting and in the wider local community.
Responsibilities
Register and hold CQC Registered Manager responsibilities
Management of the day to day operations of the business to ensure full compliance with legislation, ensuring outstanding care is being delivered
Lead on the introduction of a care package
Management of financial performance of business
Line management of care team ensuring supervision and appraisals are undertaken
Recruitment and retention of the team
Business Development of new referrals
Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
You will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager within care
Previous experience in supporting and providing care for older people preferably living within their own homes
Rota management and resourcing
Competent IT user
Sales and development is desirable but not essential, but must have a willingness to learn
Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000pa DOSE
