Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureIn your new role as an Event Administrator, you’ll be responsible for booking, managing and liaising with our events suppliers, acting as the link between our care homes and the partners we work with to deliver first-class events and activities for our residents.

Reporting into the Event Manager, you’ll coordinate event logistics and manage the daily, weekly and monthly run sheets to ensure every event and activity is running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll build rapport with internal Signature teams to help them deliver events and activities, making sure every event remains inclusive and enjoyable for our residents.

You’ll own administrative tasks when it comes to events and activities, and step up to support the Event Manager when they are on holiday or absent.

Signature PeopleYou’ll be an excellent planner who can self-organise and prioritise workloads. You’ll be a flexible multi-tasker with great attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to change and challenges.

You’ll quickly understand our organisation using previous experience within events or activity administration. If you’ve done this in a care environment before, then you’ve got our attention!

Multi-tasking and flexibility will come naturally and great knowledge of the local events market and an understanding of standards, policies and procedures in the hotel and care industry are both advantageous.
