Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureIn your new role, you’ll work closely with our care, training and operations teams to upskill Care Managers within care and clinical roles. You’ll identify, detail and propose solutions to training requirements, making it clear to our business where and how to access the correct clinical training. You’ll research the latest care and clinical training, and coordinate timings and initiatives for specific teams.
You’ll create a robust induction process for new care/ clinical staff that is reinforced by a constant programme of upskilling sessions and supplementary training that ensures everyone is up to date and engaged with the best care training. You’ll work closely with the Head of Training to create and implement mandatory and development e-learning and face-to-face modules. You’ll also get involved with highly specialised training, including Nurse Associate degree apprenticeship programmes.
Signature PeopleLeaning on your degree in nursing and your extensive experience of training others within social healthcare, you’ll own Signature’s care and clinical training. You’ll understand approaches to training solutions and the correct way to deliver them, including maximising engagement and ensuring compliance.
You’ll be a registered adult nurse (with an up-to-date pin) and associated CIPD training qualifications are highly desirable. Any further coaching and mentoring qualifications or relevant equivalent experience is also useful.
On top of this, you’ll be a comfortable multi-tasker who can work on training projects and delivery simultaneously, identifying training gaps and solving them as you go.
