Branch Manager Tool/Plant Hire based in Beaconsfield 
£25,000 – £28,000 + Bonus

Our client is one of the UK’s largest Hire companies and they are looking for a driven Branch Manager.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day to day growth of your business – through building relationships internally and externally. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the branch.

Experience of carrying out a similar role in the past will obviously provide a huge advantage.

What we are looking for:

Managerial experience in a high performing sales environment

Tool/Plant Hire experience (preferred not essential)

Staff development, training and management experience

Target and KPI driven

Someone used to winning new business

Customer service focused

Willing to go above and beyond

Working Monday – Friday, 07.00am until 17.00pm and every saturday 7.00am until 12 Noon. 4.5 Days 1 week and 5.5 Days the following week to make up for the saturdays.
