SALARY / HOURS

£20,000 – £22,000

Monday – Friday
Fri 8.00 – 17.00

Sat 9.00 – 17.00

SHIFT PATTERNS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND – WORKING 5 DAYS PER WEEK – FREE PARKING
THE ROLE

You will:

– be the first point of contact for incoming telephone and online sales enquiries as well face to face in store customer service
– be able to professionally handle customer queries
– be able to provide expert advice on the product whilst up-selling
– be able to process orders, quotations and deliveries

Key skills

Face to Face retail sales and customer service experience (retail industry whereby specific products are sold / DIY)
have excellent communication skills – written and oral
have experience using Microsoft Office
Be able to commute to Beaconsfield/ High wycombe area
