Could you help us to manage our accounts and keep our luxury care homes up and running? We’re looking for a CIPS-qualified Procurements Assistant in our Support Office in Beaconsfield to join the team.

In your new role as a Procurement Assistant, you’ll support the Procurement Manager to ensure that the company has a clear process for managing supply contracts. This also includes managing the supplier database and assisting when tendering/ renewing purchase orders and suppliers for the group.

Your main focus area will be general procurement across the group, including within hospitality and catering, uniforms, office suppliers, waste management and more.

Previous experience of working within procurement is highly advantageous, as is a CIPS qualification. You’ll need to be self-motivated and able to work using your initiative. You’ll need to work cooperatively to complete tasks and implement process improvements too. Previous exposure to the care industry or similar multi-site organisations is also a big benefit.
