Could you help us to manage accounts and keep our luxury care homes up and running? We’re looking for a Procurements Administrator in our Support Office in Beaconsfield to join the team.

Cycle-to-work schemeYour Role at SignatureIn your new role as a Procurement Administrator, you’ll focus on team spirit. This means making your team’s roles fulfilling and enjoyable, supporting and caring for them and fostering a strong team ethos.

You’ll support the procurement team by carrying out general administrative duties, acting as the bridge between accounts and procurement. A big part of your role will be managing suppliers and ensuring things like supplier information and terms are documented and stored correctly. You’ll upload new purchase orders and contracts onto a shared service and send out the supplier renewals database to accounts and homes each month.

You’ll also manage the procurement mailbox and complete credit application forms, liaising with the Office Manager to complete required direct debit forms.

Previous experience of working as a Procurement Administrator or within an administration role is desirable. You’ll need to be self-motivated and able to work using your initiative. You’ll need to work cooperatively to complete tasks and implement process improvements too.
