Zachary Daniels has a great opportunity for an Assistant Garden Centre Manager for a successful company who are continuing to grow and develop! We are looking to recruit a retail manager with ambition, drive and passion for outstanding customer service.

Our new Assistant Garden Centre Manager will play a crucial role in driving results for the Garden Centre in the local area and have the ability to deliver the targets set by the business owners. As an Assistant Manager in this great environment, you will be able to achieve an amazing experience for guests and customers. Our client can provide outstanding product training and development, but we need the passion, commitment and drive from you.

What we are looking for in our new Assistant Manager:

Able to lead a team in a service focused store
Develop the team to deliver a highly personal service to customers
An Assistant Manager who is driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Outgoing, enthusiastic, articulate and confident
High levels of energy and a strong work ethic
A professional, positive approach at all times
Motivated to deliver all service and sales targets
Experience of working with high level customers and clients an advantageWorking for an amazing brand, you will be able to sell fantastic products to loyal customers and work in a fast-paced big box store environment. Making every customer interaction count, you will be able to establish your store in this long-standing destination retail space.
