Skilled Maintenance Operative covering Buckinghamshire/Berkshire and surrounding areas

We are looking for a skilled maintenance operative in commercial and residential properties, responsible for a variety of roles from carpentry to minor plumbing and electrical works and also able to assist with more general maintenance at times.

You will have a proactive and practical approach to work and be happy to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. Punctual and reliable you will be self-motivated to carry out all work to a high standard. This energetic role will also allow the individual to learn as they go and expand their knowledge with new roles.

Full clean driving licence is necessary for the role and we will require the successful candidate to undertake a criminal records check under DBS.
