I am currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a well respected house builder based in Beaconsfield.

You will be running a site with 100 units, which includes a mixture of apartments and 2-3 storey houses.

The ideal candidate will have previous residential experience working for a PLC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking for longevity and to work on a site from start to finish.

Start date:November

Salary up to £65,000

You will be responsible for:

Reporting to the Operations Manager
Quality Assurance
Carrying out precise works to project specifications
Keeping site records
Ordering materials
Liaising with site staffRequirements:

Previous experience working for a developer
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Ability to work within budgets and to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team
SMSTS
CSCS
