Secretarial support is needed for a small build team. This is a part time role consisting of 12 to 16 hours per week over 3 to 4 days with flexibility on the hours and days worked.
You will be responsible for the general office management, dealing with invoices, communicating with suppliers and subcontractors, general filing, updating all project/site manuals, overseeing and tracking of employee attendance/holidays, logging and tracking car MOT and servicing requirements, completing errands in the local area and any other ad- hoc tasks to assist in the smooth running of this small office and team.
The successful candidate will be proactive in nature, well organised, down to earth with a good sense of humour, diligent with good written and verbal communication skills, car owner/driver, comfortable working within a small team but also at times on their own, as this is a small office with other members out on site at times.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within a secretarial role or have a strong administration background, willing to muck in with no task to big or small
