My client are a high end residential developer who are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator based in Beaconsfield – they are keen to find someone that is familiar with the local area & customers but also have extensive experience selling new build property.

Day to day duties:

* Conducting viewings

* Arranging appointments

* Dealing with enquiries

* Calling through enquires & database

* Managing the sales process

* Closing deals

* Sales Progression
