About us
At Sorbon Estates we acquire, invest, develop, lease and retain commercial property within a South-East holding across several asset classes. We have a multimillion pound portfolio of assets – nearly 1,300 businesses and families live or work in our properties – and we are expanding further within our region.

What you’ll be doing
Working as part of our maintenance team you will be out and about the operative role will cover:
* Carrying out a range of general maintenance and DIY works for our range of tenants, this includes basic decorating, making good, carpentry, gardening and clearance
* Keep abreast of jobs which have been assigned to you by the team administrator, ensuring that you are organised in advance with any required materials
* Complete all necessary paperwork for the completion of jobs, including risk assessments
* Ensure that all jobs are carried out to a high standard and as this role is a face of the company to our tenants and the general public that an equally high standard of customer service is provided.

* Proven general maintenance “on the tools” experience
* Ability to work independently
* Smart & presentable

* Good communication skills
* Practical, proactive and solution driven
* Customer focused
* Positive and helpful attitude
* A valid UK driving licence is necessary and you will have use of a company vehicle for business use.
