We are looking for someone for a permanent Talent Acquisition Manager role for a very interesting and rapidly growing financial services business (FS experience is not required on this).
The role is based in Canary Wharf or Gerrard’s Cross 3 days per week and it is paying up to £55k per annum. The hiring manager is great to work for and you will get to shape and deliver how recruitment is done. It is a great opportunity.
What’s the role?
Our client has exciting growth plans and finding fantastic people to join the team is vital to those. They feel the time is right to bring Talent Acquisition in-house and build a world class recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates, whether they are based in London, Bucks, Dublin or any of their European hubs.

* Build meaningful partnerships across the business.

* Support the people team on process improvement.
* Be a brand ambassador, own and manage external sites, such as Glassdoor/Indeed.
* Work with line managers to deliver a great onboarding experience.
* Develop a dashboard of KPIs using your data mindset
* Work closely with the rest of the people team on projects
The most important attribute you can bring to this job is your ambition to have a big impact on a growing business, a willingness to work hard and the right ingenuity to make that happen.
The business looks for people who strive to improve, are restless in their desire to exceed expectations, but who know that working as a team, brings better results than working alone.
What else will help you to succeed in this role?
* 5 years+ experience of working in Talent acquisition.
* Great track record of hiring at every level
* Strong understanding of the talent market, from graduates to senior hires
* An ability to influence senior decision makers
* An ability to improve on processes
* A multi-channel approach to recruitment
* A desire to learn and bring that mindset to the team
* A data driven approach to decision making
* A champion of diversity and inclusion
* International recruitment experience would be the cherry on the cake and experience of financial services would be a bonus but is not required
