Description
This temporary Recruitment Administrator position based in Beaconsfield will involve the following responsibilities:
Producing letters and employment documents including offer letters and employment contracts, reference letters for current and past employees, assignment agreements and job change letters.
Posting online recruitment adverts, shortlisting and arranging interviews.
Organising and meticulously maintaining the electronic personnel files and paper filing systems.
Supporting the HR Team with any checks for the monthly HR payroll administration process
Other ad hoc tasks to support the HR team.Profile
The ideal Recruitment Administrator will have the following:
Proven experience within a Recruitment position
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent skills at building successful relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in written & oral English
Accountability and ownership of workload
Team Player
Effective planning and organising skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Good communicator
