Description

This temporary Internal Recruiter position based in Beaconsfield will involve the following responsibilities:

Support with sourcing the best candidates, helping to promote as an outstanding employer.

Adding vacancies to our recruitment system and job boards, managing our recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that our vacancies are kept up to date and supporting the recruitment team with all relevant projects.

Proactive CV searching and play a vital role in sourcing the best candidates. You'll review and shortlist CVs, respond to candidates, arrange interviews and deliver feedback.

Profile

The ideal Internal Recruiter will have the following:

Proven experience within a Recruitment position
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent skills at building successful relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in written & oral English
Accountability and ownership of workload
Team Player
Effective planning and organising skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Good communicator
