Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureAs Resident Communication Support, you’ll be responsible for the continuous engagement between colleagues, residents and their families, responding to complaints and owning the journey towards solving them.
You’ll continuously improve the complaints process and ensure every touchpoint results in a positive outcome, following up on agreed actions and monitoring each response for timely resolution and approval from all parties. You’ll own each complaint, responding personally and professionally, and assuring all stakeholders that their concerns are being taken seriously and with empathy.
As well as reacting to complaints, you’ll proactively listen to both residents’ and families’ feedback and put in place procedures for improving sentiments and developing action plans that have clear, measurable outcomes. You’ll do this by creating written content and communications, and ensuring communication channels are effective.
Signature PeopleIt goes without saying you’ll be a diligent and organised communicator who has no problem managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. You’ll be an expert negotiator and a tactful listener who specialises in finding solutions.
Previous experience or managerial skills are great, but we’d also love to hear from empathetic, passionate and caring individuals who really understand other people, and who are comfortable building a rapport and going beyond to ensure resident, family and colleague satisfaction.
