Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureAs Regional Housekeeping Manager, you’ll hold responsibility for the cleanliness and infection control within the homes in your particular area.

You’ll develop and continuously improve services including cleaning, laundry and infection control, aligning all aspects with SLA agreements and ensuring housekeeping staff are aware and up to date with procedures.

You’ll set KPIs for your team and be the responsible person when it comes to health and safety and COSHH. You’ll manage any audit processes and own compliance throughout the region.

As a people manager, you’ll coach, develop and inspire your team, as well as supporting the Hospitality Manager when it comes to recruitment, training and performance management of the housekeeping team.
