School Nurse/Medical Officer – Term Time Only!

School Nurse/Welfare & Medical Officer Role in a luxury private girls' school in Beaconsfield.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced person to take responsibility for day to day first aid treatment for staff, pupils and visitors (where appropriate). The succesful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday during term time 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Requirements:

A current paediatric First Aid Qualification
Familiarity with up to date medical practice
Previous School Experience You must be able to prove knowledge and experience of keeping a medical room up to practice, responsibility for equipment and budget, ability to work independently and provision of first response to medical emergencies.

Salary; £23,000 to £25,000

Active Nursing PIN not essential, however qualified Nurses would be more than welcome to apply and would achieve higher salary, reflective of qualification.
