Creative Marketing Assistant (hybrid working), Beaconsfield –

The Opportunity
A great client of ours, based in lovely Beaconsfield based offices, going through brilliant growth, are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join and assist with the implementation of their marketing strategy. You’ll be supported by a wider marketing team and have the opportunity to work on a flexible working basis (half in the office, half at home, should you be keen) with excellent learning and qualification opportunities, enviable benefits and brilliant progression opportunities!

Your Experience

Degree education ideally within marketing or graphic design
Previous experience with the Adobe suit, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro.
Exceptional communications both written and verbal
Your Responsibilities

Create presentations and update marketing collateral
Support the delivery of client events, including seminars, hospitality, and entertainment.
Assist with website updates, social media campaigns and intranet administration
Content creation for a variety of marketing platforms both online and offline
Produce the firms news insight marketing magazine
Manage the advertising schedule and ensure timely delivery
Assist in writing articles for publication
Keep up to date with trends in brand and contribute to brand relevance
Order marketing brochures and other collateral from suppliers
General administration duties such as, appointment booking, diary management, database entry, answering incoming calls etc
Ts and Cs

Due to the location of their Buckinghamshire based office and with the option for 2-3 days home working, this is commutable from Slough, Watford, Bracknell, Luton, Enfield, St Albans, Aylebury, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor, Gerrards Cross, Rickmansworth, Amersham and most parts of Buckinghamshire. Also local to London.
