Marketing Manager (hybrid working), Beaconsfield –

The Opportunity
A great client of ours, based in lovely Beaconsfield based offices, going through brilliant growth, are currently looking for a talented and pro-active Marketing Manager to join and oversee their marketing strategy. You’ll be supported by a wider marketing team and have the opportunity to work on a flexible working basis (half in the office, half at home, should you be keen) with excellent learning and qualification opportunities, enviable benefits and brilliant progression opportunities!

Your Experience

At least 3-5 years marketing experience at management level, ideally within a similar industry.
A proactive marketer with broad marketing skills
Exceptional communications both written and verbal
Your Responsibilities

Support the Chief Marketing Officer in the development of the firms marketing strategy
Work closely with the firms PR consultant to implement the local and national PR and communications plan.
Write/ edit content and supervise the production of newsletters, e-bulletins, brochures, press releases etc
Work with the creative marketing executive to ensure all advertising and collateral adhere to brand guidelines.
Mentor junior members of the marketing team
Manage the end-to-end events process and manage a check list for all stakeholders to engage with an event (online / offline).
Produce online and offline materials to promote events
Choose and implement effective sponsorship, new speaker and seminar opportunities
Administrative duties as required such as creating and updating the new starter marketing pack.
Ts and Cs

Due to the location of their Buckinghamshire based office and with the option for 2-3 days home working, this is commutable from Slough, Watford, Bracknell, Luton, Enfield, St Albans, Aylebury, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Windsor, Gerrards Cross, Rickmansworth, Amersham and most parts of Buckinghamshire. Also local to London.
