Cycle-to-work schemeYour Role at SignatureYou will help us to roll out our brand new D365HR and SoftWorks personnel records and eRostering systems. Visiting all of our care homes, you will deliver face-to-face training and sessions that will help users and superusers to understand and master these new systems, helping them deliver a better experience for all of our team members.

After delivering these sessions, you’ll provide follow-up and remote support, offering refresher training or troubleshooting.

Signature PeopleYou’ll be ready to master our D365HR and SoftWorks systems, immersing yourself in each and becoming a true subject matter expert. You’ll be training General Managers, Head of Departments, HR Managers and Administrators to both use and master each system, so you’ll need to understand their needs and tweak training delivery accordingly.

As you’ll be delivering training in all of our homes, you’ll be happy to travel extensively, visiting new locations and being on the road for a few days at a time.

You’ll also need to be exceptionally well-organised, a positive people-person and a fantastic communicator. You’ll be able to deliver engaging sessions with enthusiasm, helping colleagues at all levels to understand and master the new systems they’ll be working with daily.
