K&D Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join a 5 star boutique hotel.

Do you have proven work experience as a Chef De Partie?
Do you have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment?
Would you like to be part of an incredibly talented kitchen brigade?
If you have answered yes we may have the role for you?You will be part of a growing team working within a unique, breathtakingly beautiful setting. Responsibilities will include using your Chef De Partie experience working in a high quality restaurant and be responsible for running your own section within a high-quality kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to develop your current skills further. You will have a keen eye for detail and will be focusing on your knife skills in particular. You will be working as part of a wider team, and always looking for ways to improve. You will look to provide and work with the highest quality of food every time to keep standards incredibly high. You will have a positive, can-do attitude as you will be working to great pace, the kitchen is extremely busy.
