Nursery Manager

Location: Beaconsfield

Hours: 08:00 – 18:00

Salary: Up to £35000+

Are you an experienced deputy, third-in-charge, or room manager who is able to assist in leading an enthusiastic and passionate team?

An exciting new community including new homes, children’s play areas, café, trim trail, sports pitches and our new purpose- built nursery is being developed within the 100 acre Wilton Park in Beaconsfield.

Our clients new nursery will replace their existing successful facility and they are offering an exciting leadership and management opportunity for you to be involved in the new nursery plans where you will also have the opportunity to showcase your individuality and expand the staff team.

* You will have overall responsibility of the nursery

* You should have a vision for the new nursery and be willing to help and support the pre-opening set up and the nursery opening and beyond

* You will liaise closely with Operations Manager

* You must have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, promote collaboration and nurture a positive, professional work environment

* You must have a sound knowledge of the new Ofsted inspection framework
