Megalo Recruit are looking for an experienced, professional Nursery Manager at their well established setting in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. An absolutely ideallic setting to work!

Hours are Monday to Friday, 50 weeks of the year, following a rota of 8am until 6pm.

Car parking is free and an excellent negotiable salary from £28,000 PA to £30,000+ pa, depending upon knowledge, experience and qualifications.

Skills required for this Nursery Manager opportunity include:-

* A proven track record in attaining Good or Outstanding OFSTED results under your direct management.

* A passion for Management either as a Deputy Manager looking for a step up or a current Manager looking for a change

* Experienced in managing the HR functions of the Nursery setting

* Key to the role will be the ability and track record in managing a commercially successful Nursery business, with effective marketing and promotion to attract clients

* Fully responsible for the Nursery’s budgets and you wil have had the experience and skillset to manage these to maintain profitability and ensure business growth

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

* NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3+, Level 6 or above preferred

* Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation

* 3 years' previous relevant Nursery Management experience

* Knowledge of OFSTED and excellent knowledge of the EYFS and understanding of Learning Theories

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines • Good time management skills

* Excellent communication skills
