Nursery Deputy Manager – Beaconsfield

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Nursery Manager in a lovely friendly small nursery based in Beaconsfield.

You will be working in a nursery where there are many ongoing opportunities for progression and aims to provide a safe, nurturing atmosphere, to help children thrive independently.

If you have a genuine passion and committed to helping children develop and grow, then this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities Include;

Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

Supporting management of the smooth running of the nursery.

Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

Supporting the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery. This includes effective supervision and training plan Room based role with some office based duties Responsible to grow the nursery in order to bring it to a healthy capacity Work as additional person on the floor if required to cover ratios

The successful Candidate; Must hold a Level 3/Early Years Degree or equivalent Must have a positive and friendly manner, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills Knowledge of EYFS
