Megalo Recruit are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager Level 3 Qualified, so experience of leading a toddler/Preschool room is preferable, with a view to being out of ratio in the near future.

To work with toddlers/preschool, room based, as and when required at this 'GOOD' nursery setting.

You must have at least 2 years' experience of working as a Room Leader (2-3s/Preschool) please.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm, throughout the year on a shift rota basis.

Car parking also on site for drivers and commutable from Beaconsfield and surrounding areas.

Circa/Up to £25,000 PA depending upon experience and qualifications, for the right candidate.

Qualifications/Skills required for this Nursery Deputy Manager role are:

* An Early Years/Childcare qualification, or equivalent, Level 3 or higher

* Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework

* A minimum of 2 year's experience as a Room Leader in the toddler (2-3s) age group

* Solid written and spoken English communication skills

* A passion for children and childcare

* Work with parents/carers of special needs children to give full integration in the Setting;

* Support all staff and experience of leading a small team
