Worldwide Education, The UK's number one supply agency, are seeking a Deputy Manager who is committed and prepared to support the Nursery Deputy Manager and other staff in the general running of the nursery. We are excited to offer this full time Deputy Manager position within the Beaconsfield (HP9) Area. There is regular public transport from High Wycombe as well as only a short drive from Slough.

A successful candidate will have experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager and will be expected to work alongside a Nursery Manager and supportive nursery team and commit to delivering the highest possible level of fun and interactive learning in a safety-oriented environment.

Pay – The Nursery is offering a salary for a Deputy Manager from £21,000 p/a to £24,000 depending on experience.

To be considered for the permanent position of a Deputy Manager you will:

Be passionate about working with Children
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
Minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience or 3+ Years in childcare.
Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Ability to support the nursery manager in the operations of the nursery ensuring high standards of practice and care for young children.
