Nursery Assistant
The Chilterns Montessori Nursery is looking for Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have a keen and positive attitude, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others and to build relationships with the children, parents and other stakeholders.
This is a busy term time only role, and could be either full day (8.45am to 3.45pm) or mornings (8.45am to 1.15pm), but must be monday to friday.
The Nursery Assistant role would suit someone who:
* Can work effectively with a small group of children aged 2-5, and continually develop learning opportunities for the children.
* Be responsible for your own key group of children, including observing, planning and evaluating using Tapestry
* Fully understand EYFS, safeguarding and child protection as well as fully understand Health and Safety in a nursery environment.

Nursery Assistant Essential Skills:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Awareness of working with EYFS
* Understanding Ofsted and the inspection framework.
