Seed Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager or Room Leader looking to take that next step for a stunning nursery based in Beaconsfield

Must have:

– Level 3 qualification

– Deputy experience or a few years as a room leader looking to progress

– A excellent knowledge on the EYFS, Safeguarding and understanding children's development

– First Aid qualification

Duties:

– Supporting the Nursery manager in the day to day running of the nursery

– Communicating and building up relationships with staff, parents and children

– Following and implementing nursery policies and procedures

– Planning and record keeping

– Undertake other duties as may be requested from time to time by the Manager.

– Attend monthly staff meetings and training sessions outside working hours
