Compliance Supervisor

Salary: £25,000 plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Springfield Farm Landfill (Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire)

What will you be doing?

Provide operational and development support to the Landfill Site Manager and other departments
Recording of sampling data and costs
Undertake accurate recording of samples taken on site and results received from the laboratory. Act on results received and inform the relevant persons regarding failures or trends
Manage KPI's and monitor sample collection and analysis
Assist with compiling reports, entering and recording of information on several databases
Acting as the company representative; interacting with internal staff, customers, site visitors and stakeholders
Ensure records are maintained and QHSE Procedures are adhered to
Ensure that the LOI management system is up to date and that Quality and Environmental records are maintained in line with company procedures
What are we looking for?

Understanding of or experience in the collection of samples and sampling techniques
Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
Good communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good working IT knowledge – MS Packages particularly Excel and Word
