TSR are recruiting on behalf of a reputable housing developer for a Customer Service Manager, The successful Customer Service Manager must be willing to travel and will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
Role duties:
* Customer Service Manager reporting to the Head of Customer Services
* Managing a coordinator and maintenance technician
* Carry out post completion inspections as required and implement actions
* Ensure defect works are carried out to the highest standard within the deadline
* Build and maintain relationships with customers ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills and attributes required:
* Senior Customer Care Coordinator/Customer Service Manager for a housing developer
* Ability to multi-task with excellent organisation skills
* Personable, decisive and customer service focused
