Technical Manager – Buckinghamshire/Berkshire – Permanent – £Competitive

We are currently representing our client, a House Builder, based in the Buckinghamshire area seeking a Technical Manager to join their expanding team.

Our client build a range of house types across the Home Counties and with exciting expansion plans over the coming years, are growing the department.

Duties include:

* Collate, distribute, and file all drawings

* Ensure compliance with regulations and planning permissions.

* Work with external highways and local authorities as well as the councils as required.

* Create and monitor budgets

* Collate health & safety plans for each development and keep them updated as necessary to comply with all current legislation.

* Check and issue specifications for both internal and external finishes

Skills required:

* Previous experience working for a Residential Developer as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator looking to take their next step up.

* Flexbility to travel across Buckinghamshire/Berkshrie areas to site as required.

* Full UK Driving license
