An experienced Site Manager needed for 3-4 weeks contract role in Beaconsfield. As a SM we are looking for someone with preferably modular build and groundworks background to manage a job from its inception. As a SM you must be someone who can hit the ground running and is used to working to deadlines. Desired candidate will have experience taking projects from demo / groundworks stage.

Essential:
– Minimum 5 years experience as a SM, preferably experience being a No1 on site
– Good technical knowledge
– Previous experience with modular build
– SMSTS / Black CSCS card, First aid

Day to day duties:
– Toolbox talks
– Efficient Management of subcontractors
– Ensure all works being carried out adhere to company H&S policies
