We are currently recruiting for a Cladding Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Façade Site Manager to join a specialist envelope sub-contractor and work on major projects.

Our Client

My client are a specialist building envelope sub-contractor. They specialise in the full envelope including curtain walling and cladding. Now they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

About the Role

· To organise and control directly employed and sub-contract labour.

· To approve Time Sheets and sub-contract labour invoices.

· To programme works to suit agreed programme.

· To ensure that materials are ordered and deliveries meet programme requirements.

· Delivering toolbox tallks

· To ensure that the works are carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements.

· Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specification.

· Liaise with Company employed subcontractors and ensure work meets our requirements.

· Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and the Main Contractor/Client.

· Attend site meetings as required.

About the Candidate

* Must have at least 5 years experience Facade Site management experience.

* Must have experience with cladding

* Must have experience of managing projects of £5m+

* Must come from a facade background

* Excellent verbal and communication skills
