Madisons Recruitment are currently assisting a residential contractor in their search for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. Initially, you will be working on a £4m development of luxury homes in the Beaconsfield area, all works to follow throughout your permanent role will be located in/around Buckinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity for a residential site manager to take the next step in their career and work with a reputable contractor. Our client specialise in development, joinery and building. Due to expansion they are looking for someone to join their development team. This role includes working closely with the construction director, running projects from a range of £500k – £5m and ensuring all site operations run smoothly on a daily basis.

Please note this is a permanent position. 

Site Manager requirements:

SSSTS/SMSTS
Previous experience in the residential sector
Previous experience as No.1 Site Manager on site
Trade background desirable
Site Manager Duties (including but not limited to):

Assisting with contracting on site
Manage day-to-day operations of project
Planning applications
Ability to identify resources and assign responsibilities
Work directly with clientele, developers, and designers to identify the deliverables of the project
Produce regular project reports both externally and internally
Manage pre-construction process including cost plans
Site inspections
Quality control
Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown
