An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning residential developer in Beaconsfield.

The Senior Surveyor will be based in the office but will have the option of working from home and site where needed.

You will join a renowned, well-established commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director and managing projects from 50-units to 250-units all of which are location within an hour from the office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience independently running residential new build projects from start to finish
Previous experience in a similar role with a developer / housebuilder
A relevant degree qualificationIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£60,00 – £70,000
