Recruitment Administrator Beaconsfield/Home working temp until 31st December 2021 £10 per hour
Job Description
• To set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensuring calendars are updated and full briefing is carried out
• To write job descriptions and adverts as and when required, using the recruitment ATS to advertise the roles via the relevant methods
• To screen CV’s according to agreed criteria – approve/hold/reject candidates within ATS
• To qualify that candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given
• To arrange the payment of invoices as and when required
• To liaise with the marketing team in relation to recruitment materials
• To ensure the ATS is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
• To attend Emerging Talent Assessment Centres as and when required
• To support further projects as required by the Recruitment Team
• To manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all
• To carry out other ad-hoc recruitment duties and when req
Desirable Skills
• Previous experience working within an administrative / customer facing position
• Ability to prioritise, work with high volumes and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)
• Previous recruitment experience a strong advantage
