Managing Quantity Surveyor – Residential Contractor – Buckinghamshire

Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor who has a track record of running multiple residential schemes, in London or the Home Counties?

I am working with an up-and-coming hybrid residential contractor/developer who are seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to look after 6-7 projects in West London and Western Home Counties whilst also running a team of surveyors.

Projects: New build prestigious 1 off bespoke houses, cul-de-sac estates and local authority housing

Experience Required: New build residential experience – can demonstrate running projects with values up to £10m. Can also demonstrate running a team of surveyors.

Role: Reporting directly into the Commercial Director, you will have endless amounts of autonomy in this role. The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor’s role will be still involved in the surveying aspects of running sites, while working closely in running the team of surveyors.
